“Thank you for the loyalty program. I was in the happy situation of having quite a few points, so I redeemed them for a $100.00 voucher at Freedom Furniture. The voucher arrived in a couple of weeks even though the website had said it could take up to 6 weeks.  I went to the store and they were lovely, although a bit perplexed by how to use the voucher on their cash register – they had to call the manager to sort it out. But it all went very smoothly. I exchanged the voucher for some nice kitchenware, and because I hadn’t spent the whole amount, the store gave me a voucher for the remainder.
