The Australian Department of Defence has signed a services
agreement with Unisys Australia Pty Ltd aimed at improving the
quality of information communication technology (ICT) service
delivery at Defence bases and sites across Australia. Under the
direction of Defence’s Chief Information Officer Group (CIOG),
Unisys will provide a range of IT support services, including
network security and infrastructure support, server and desktop
support to all Defence business groups. Unisys will also
standardise IT support processes nationally.
